1. Who is responsible for your data?

Operator details must be completed before publication. Replace the bracketed legal-entity fields below with the exact registered details of the business that operates Soltan.fun. A domain name is not, by itself, a legal entity.

For GDPR purposes, the legal entity operating the website is the controller for the personal data processed through Soltan.fun, unless a specific processing activity is expressly identified as being controlled by another party.

2. Personal data we process

Soltan is designed to collect only information needed to operate accounts, protect the service, verify wallet ownership, process user-initiated actions and maintain security records.

  • Account data: email address, password hash, account status, verification timestamps and account identifiers.
  • Wallet data: the public Solana wallet address that a user chooses to connect and verify. Soltan does not request, store or receive a private key or seed phrase.
  • Blockchain-related data: public token mints, pool addresses, LP mint addresses, transaction signatures, token metadata and other information that is public on Solana or submitted as part of a user action.
  • Security and technical data: IP address and request/session information used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, authentication security and technical error/security logging.
  • Cookie-preference records: where a visitor submits a cookie preference, the server may store the IP address in binary database form, the consent version, selected cookie categories, timestamps and a one-way hash of the browser user-agent so the recorded preference can be maintained and demonstrated.
  • Transaction and platform records: token creation, pool registration, liquidity actions, Championship records, points and Store claim records needed to operate the requested features and prevent fraud or duplicate claims.
  • Support communications: information you voluntarily provide when contacting the operator.

We do not ask for your seed phrase or private key. Never enter either into Soltan.fun, Phantom prompts, email messages or support requests.

3. Why we process data

  • To create and maintain your Soltan account and send account verification emails.
  • To authenticate you and protect authenticated pages and APIs.
  • To verify that a connected public wallet is controlled by the account holder by means of a cryptographic wallet signature.
  • To execute and register user-requested token, pool and liquidity operations.
  • To operate Championship rankings, points and Store claim processing.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud, replay attacks, automated attacks and unauthorized access.
  • To maintain security logs, investigate incidents and defend legal claims.
  • To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not use your account information to provide personalised investment advice or discretionary portfolio management.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the activity, processing may be based on performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, or consent where consent is legally required.

Where consent is used, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Withdrawal does not remove information that we are legally required or otherwise entitled to retain.

5. Public blockchain information

Solana is a public blockchain. Public wallet addresses, token mint addresses, pool addresses and transaction signatures can be permanently visible to anyone using blockchain explorers or other blockchain infrastructure. Blockchain records are generally not controlled by Soltan and cannot simply be edited or deleted by Soltan.

Do not publish personal information in token names, symbols, descriptions, metadata, website URLs, social links or other on-chain content. You are responsible for the information you choose to put on a public blockchain.

6. Service providers and third parties

Soltan relies on third-party infrastructure to provide parts of the service. Depending on the feature used, this can include:

  • STRATO SMTP: account activation email delivery.
  • Solana network and RPC infrastructure: public blockchain reads and user-signed transaction submission.
  • Phantom: wallet connection and transaction/signature approval in the user's browser. Soltan does not receive the user's private key.
  • Raydium: CPMM liquidity-pool infrastructure used by the pool flow.
  • Pinata/IPFS: storage and retrieval of public token images and metadata selected by users.
  • Other infrastructure providers: only where required by a specific feature, security control or blockchain data request.

Third-party services may process data under their own terms and privacy notices. You should review the relevant third-party documentation when you use those services.

7. Retention

Account and operational records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal or accounting obligations. Public blockchain records have their own retention characteristics and are outside Soltan's control.

Security logs and rate-limiting records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention and incident investigation, subject to applicable law.

8. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or another competent supervisory authority.

Requests can be sent to soltan.info@soltan.fun. We may need to verify your identity before responding to protect the account and other users.

Deletion may not be possible for information that must be retained by law, is needed to establish or defend legal claims, or is permanently recorded on a public blockchain.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The current Soltan application uses a strictly necessary server-side session cookie for authentication, security and core functionality. The current application code does not deploy advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies or privacy-sensitive analytics cookies.

Soltan also provides a cookie-preference notice. When a visitor submits a preference, the preference is recorded server-side so the notice does not repeatedly appear and so Soltan can demonstrate what preference was recorded. The consent record may contain the visitor's IP address in binary database form, the consent version, selected category state, timestamps and a one-way hash of the browser user-agent.

Cookie-consent records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and are automatically pruned after approximately 13 months, subject to applicable legal requirements. The consent record itself is not a browser cookie.

The current optional categories are not technically active. Therefore, choosing “Accept all” does not activate advertising or analytics technologies that are not present. If optional cookies are introduced in the future, the Cookie Notice and consent mechanism will be updated and consent will be obtained where legally required.

For the detailed cookie inventory and available choices, see the Cookie Notice & Preferences.

10. Security

Soltan applies security controls including HTTPS/HSTS, secure session-cookie settings, CSRF protection, rate limiting, request validation, same-origin controls, security headers and server-side authorization checks. Wallet verification uses cryptographic signatures rather than private-key collection.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your email account, device, browser and wallet, and for checking every transaction in your wallet before signing it.

11. International users and transfers

Soltan.fun may be accessible internationally. Personal data may be processed by infrastructure providers located outside your country. Where the GDPR applies, international transfers will be handled using an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required.

Nothing on this page means that Soltan has assessed or approved the legality of crypto-asset activity in every country. You must comply with the laws applicable to you.

12. Children

Soltan is not intended for children. Do not create an account or use the platform if you are under the minimum age required by the laws applicable to you.

13. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice when the service, legal requirements or processing activities change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
